Urban Downhill Charity Event, Plymouth Uni

A downhill mountain bike race through the University of Plymouth campus.
The charity you will be supporting is the "Stay Strong fund".
This if you don't know is the Stephen Murray Fund. It was originally set up in order to help the family survive after Stephen became paralyzed back in 2007. It has now developed to help like-minded families that are struggling with severe illness or difficulties.

- The track will be kept under wraps until race day.
- BC categories...18yrs+ only I'm afraid. Prizes will be given for the top 3 riders in each category.
- The event date is the 24th - 25th April 2010. Race day being the Saturday, with a night out in the SU in the evening (entry is included with a valid wristband, if you don't have a wrist band you will have to pay).
- Postal Entry forms will be released ASAP. If you wish to enter online read on and then follow the link at the bottom of the page. Deadlines are due in the month before race day.
- This event is LIMITED to 240 people MAX!!! No Exceptions!
- No on campus parking will be available.
- There will be trade stands selling goods from companies that are sponsoring the event.
Event Timetable:
- Sign on 10:00
- Practice 10:30-12:00
- 1st run 12:30
- 2nd run 15:00
- Prize Giving 17:00
After Party in Students' Union with valid wristband!
If you want a wristband but aren't competing then they will be available for a small charge.
