BDS entries now open to all

Everything but Moelfre full already!

As of 1st of March the BDS series is open to all BC licence holders - no previous points needed. Rheola has sold out already, there's currently about 20 places left at each of the subsequent rounds, and they expect to sell out in the next day or two.
