I've not received my photos, how long should it take?

Generally, immediately! Most orders are deployed automatically from the website, without requiring any input from the photographer. Find your order confirmation email and follow the instructions within to download your photos.

My result has gone to the wrong rider / There's multiple identities combined on my name

Occasionaly results get assigned to the wrong instance of a popular name (e.g. Dan Smith), or there will be more than one rider sharing a profile. Send a quick email or Facebook message outlining the problem and it'll be amended ASAP.

I've got married / I've changed my name - can my results be moved over?

If your name has changed due to marriage, or any other reason, don't hesitate to get in touch and let us know so we can move your old profile over to the new name.

A photo of mine has been wrongly tagged, how can I fix it?

Since R&R has no login system users of the site are unable to re-tag photos, as there'd be nothing stopping a malicious user from untagging all of your photos. Instead, just go to the rider's thumbnails and click on the relevant "×" to flag a photo for review.

I'm a phototgrapher and I've forgotten my password, can you help?

R&R has no way of accessing your password, so you'll have to reset it yourself. Go to the password reset page to generate a new password.
